Internship ProgramBuild confidence in your mediation skills in a supportive environment. Our Internship Program has two options, A & B: Option A:One on One (65hrs)- join Margaret Powers to co-mediate actual client cases, meet with Margaret prior to and after each session for discussion and feedback, experience drafting the MOU with Margaret's expert guidance and review. Option B Phase 1: Classroom (35 hours) - observe, role play, and discuss real-world situations with up to 8 other participants in a small group setting. Option B Phase 2: Individual Supervision (30 hours) - join Margaret Powers and co-mediate actual client cases. Option B Phase 3: Consultation (10 hours) - tap into our professional expertise as you work with your own clients.
